The Pain of Unquiet Evenings

Restlessness can ensnare you like a vice during the night. Every noise becomes amplified, every shadow takes on an ominous form. You toss and turn, your thoughts swirling, desperate for some elusive peace. Sleep, once a gentle haven, has become a distant fantasy. The hours crawl by, each one an eternity of torment.

An Heavy Blanket of Insomnia

Insomnia acts as heavy weight upon your mind and body. You toss and turn, searching for sleep as you struggle. The hours crawl by, each one an eternity filled with anxieties and disappointment. This constant state of wakefulness becomes a prisoner in your own bed.

Yearning for Sweet Oblivion

The throes of oblivion was a siren's call, a searing promise of escape. To drown in its shadows was to still the incessant noise of existence. The reality's sharp edges blurred under the influence of its sweetness.

To truly long oblivion was to plead for a passing respite from the weight of being.
